I am a mother to two amazing children and a wife to my husband. In my free time I enjoy being with my family, staying active, exploring Minnesota's parks, enjoying a good book, baking, and trying new foods. I am so excited to be offering restorative mediation and support groups to the community. My vision for moving forward with Lotus Mediation is to offer wellness and mindfulness classes, parenting classes, and yoga sessions in the near future.
My work experience includes but is not limited to: mental health & addiction, child development, and human resources. I enjoy working with people and their families. Over the years I have volunteered and participated in family programs, military SFRG, city clean up, and foreign ministry programs deepening my compassion and understanding for different walks of life.
